Shawn graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Administration of Justice and Public Safety. Since then he has spent a significant amount of time in the corporate world before starting a career in real estate. He currently holds real estate licenses in both Georgia and Florida and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS® and Atlanta Board of REALTORS®.

Shawn’s area of expertise is Metro Atlanta, consisting of the 45 neighborhoods that surround the Atlanta Beltline Project. He specialize in the Midtown market consisting of condominiums, single family homes and distressed properties with a focus on Green building.

He utilizes the most current home research tools. He is objective, open, honest and easy going, paying particular attention to the details in the transaction and puts his client’s interests first! He will always return inquiries promptly and provide answers to your questions.
